In this piece of writing, I reflect on my personal and professional goals. I look back on my goals before entering my Master's program and consider how and why my goals have changed throughout my journey as an educator and a graduate student. 

My synthesis essay, at its core, is meant to show how my experiences in the MAET program has changed, challenged, and helped me grow as an educator. By looking at specific courses, work, and experiences I explain how my thinking and practices have evolved.
